		<description><![CDATA[LOVE this post (and those recipes).   I consider ramps to be a rite of passage as we welcome the longer days and warmer temperatures that coincide with spring here in the Northeast!  In addition to being a tasty treat, the thought of harvesting ramps takes me back a few years when mom would send us on our way with a bucket, spade and instructions to bring back a bountiful supply of wild leeks for her potato leek soup.  

I&#039;m hoping to go on my own foraging adventure this weekend!  In the meantime - enjoy your own harvest.]]></description>
